TSOLT Home warranty for furniture and decor orders in Lahore.

What's covered
TSOLT furniture comes with a 1-year warranty from the delivery date. It covers:
- The frame and structure (joints, legs, internal frame)
- Defects in how the piece was made
If a covered problem appears, we'll repair it, or replace the part if it can't be repaired.
What's not covered
- Normal wear and tear, including fabric or leather wear, fading and pilling
- Damage from sunlight, heat, damp or water
- Accidents, misuse, or moving the furniture
- Damage caused while the furniture is being carried inside or placed by anyone other than TSOLT
- Natural variation in wood grain, colour and texture
- Repairs or changes made by anyone other than TSOLT
- Furniture used in commercial spaces, unless agreed in writing
- Decor and accessories
How to claim
Send us photos, a short description and your order number on WhatsApp. We'll reply within 3 working days and arrange an inspection or repair.
