Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Check your order when it's handed over. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, send us photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Furniture is made to order for each customer, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or because a piece doesn't fit your space. Please check the dimensions before you order.

• You can exchange decor items within 7 days of delivery if they're unused and in their original packaging.
• We don't give refunds on returned items; we exchange them only.
• The customer pays for collection or return delivery.

These items can't be exchanged:

• Items bought on sale
• Custom or personalised items
• Gift cards

• Within 48 hours of paying the advance: full refund
• After 48 hours: production has started, so the advance can't be refunded
• Once an order has been sent out for delivery, it can't be cancelled

Refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours are paid by bank transfer within 7–10 working days.
